Children's SOS Song to Bob Geldof: The story so far: Kids are trying to get the kids project up successfully. They want to keep the spirit of Live Aid going and pass the flame to a new generation of kids, with some inspiration. SIR BOB ©

you did
We're some kids who'd like to try

have grown
Time has flown; kids

We're some kids who'd
like to try
* * * Heeey Sir Bob,
* * * What you did helped mankind
* * * Heeey Sir Bob,

The poem that children are seeking help with expression: The Long Walk to Justice The Long Walk to Justice begins inside a soul When love for your fellow man Redefines life's goal …… and the buffalo begin to run. You recognise a path of right A violated human right Your blood runs thicker in your veins ..… and a lion roars again. Justice gathers seekers, like honey gathers bees Like antelope take to the slope Attracted by the breeze But when that breeze becomes a storm its like buffalo on the run Then injustice, beware ! The day of reckoning’s come Then injustice, beware ! The day of reckoning’s come The Long Walk to Justice goes where famine dies Where poverty is no longer And we heed the babies’ cries …… and the rains wash away tears. Its when judgment’s made for act or deed No longer made for colour or creed And pride in being, is natural …... and the wilderbeeste sleeps serene. The Long Walk to Justice is a journey with an end But injustice breeds like river reeds ‘Must be met and culled anew, my friend ……… but this day, the breeze is on the rise. The journey’s end is found each time just one person breaks their binds and human dignity again breathes free .….
thank you for walking with me, my friend.
